The Golden-Field RCMP is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect in an ongoing investigation.

On March 27, 2024, at approximately 2:00 p.m., the Golden-Field RCMP responded to a theft at The Source in Golden, where a suspect left the store with nearly $4,000 of stolen merchandise.

Images of the suspect have been obtained, and investigators are seeking the public’s assistance to identify him.

The suspect is described as follows:

• Young, fair-skinned man
• Possibly in his 20s
• Slim build
• Around 6 feet tall
• Wearing a blue medical mask, sunglasses
• Black baseball cap
• Black Under Armour hoodie
• Black pants and shoes
• Distinctive orange and black backpack
